I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides luxury private rentals in Melbourne. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to the free tram zone and a wonderful view. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the fully functional kitchen was a great convenience. Privacy was also well-maintained, allowing me to focus on my work.
One service that I missed for my work was the provision of a dishwasher liquid. Other than that, my stay was exceptional.

Apartment's location and staff were excellent. Everything was good and I got ironing for free. There was a great pool and views to the bay and the facilities. The location was unbeatable just a 5-minute stroll away from Silence.
I liked the apartment although some things didn't work.

The views from the room were insane, especially the stunning stadium view. We caught an awesome game there and rocked out at a sick concert. Plus, we explored the Yarra Valley on a wine tour and got to see some wild Aussie animals at the Healesville Sanctuary. It was lit!
The only thing we wished for was a cooler, more happening nightlife scene around the apartments. We're young party animals and wanted to dance our hearts out every night.

We were right at the end of the free city tram zone, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with two bathrooms which were essential for our group. We loved the swimming pool and gym facilities, perfect for a refreshing dip and workout. Communication with the host was excellent, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The Private Apartments - Collins Wharf Waterfront in Docklands offered a fantastic database with detailed pre-arrival information. With clear instructions on parking arrangements, our check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. the spacious two-bedroom room we booked provided us with great views of the surrounding area, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment for our stay.
While understandable, it would have been helpful to receive prior notice of the need to reserve pool time at least a day in advance. This would have allowed us to plan accordingly and avoid the disappointment of discovering this requirement only at check-in.

The location of this apartment was great, with easy access to tram stops and coffee shops/cafes. The views from the apartment were amazing, providing a wonderful backdrop for the new year celebrations. The modern facilities and secure building added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Additionally, the friendly check-in staff made the process smooth and hassle-free.
One drawback of the apartment was the uncomfortable mattresses, especially the sofa bed. It made it difficult to have a restful night's sleep.
